Role

Experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with 4 to 6 years of expertise in AWS, UNIX/Linux, and AIX environments. Based in India, with strong skills in cloud computing, infrastructure automation, and enterprise system support. Proficient in English and familiar with ITSM practices, compliance standards, and global team collaboration.

• Administer and support Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Provide Level 2 support for incident resolution, change management, and routine maintenance.
• Manage cloud deployments and automation using AWS, VMware, and Terraform.
• Maintain and update service delivery documentation and operating procedures.
• Adhere to ITSM best practices, monitor KPIs and SLRs, and report performance metrics.
• Participate in planning, analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
• Support change, configuration, release, and asset management processes.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
• Communicate effectively with local and global teams, including Japanese stakeholders, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
