Civil Site Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction to manage and execute high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality, safety, and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise high-rise construction works (RCC & finishing).
• Manage Mivan formwork cycles and structural activities.
• Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, welding, and carpentry works.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and MEP teams, Architects, Company management, and other vendors for effective flow of work and timely resolving of drawing issues.
• Track daily progress and resolve site execution issues.
  
  

• Strong knowledge of RCC and Mivan construction systems
• Hands-on experience in shuttering, welding, and carpentry supervision, Interior works, Erection works, Waterproofing, etc.
• Good understanding of drawings, BBS, and site planning
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
  
  

• Experience in fast-track high-rise projects
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
  
  

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building construction (minimum 25+ floors mandatory).
• Proven experience in Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction systems.
