About The Role
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the Founder & CEO, responsible for shaping and executing The/Nudge’s public partnerships strategy at a national scale.
What will you do ?
Own our overall government alliances strategy and execution end-to-end.
Understand and stay up to date on all our programs at all times.
Build and manage a lean, high-performance team that is aligned with the Spirit of The/Nudge.
Build and maintain a strong high-trust network amongst government partners to scale our impact.
Develop targeted and compelling messaging tailored to different categories of government stakeholders across platforms.
Balance priorities to deliver short-term results while building for the long haul.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive impact.
Represent The/Nudge in relevant public forums across the ecosystem.
Who are we looking for in this role ?
Strong intent and passion to do impactful work.
High achievement motivation and overall positive energy.
Preferably 20+ years of overall experience, with more than a decade of experience in go-to-market roles (BD, partnerships) and more than 5 years of experience in working with the government.
Hands-on and result-oriented leadership approach.
Continuous learning with a growth mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively
