In our data‑driven organization, we rely on accurate, timely, and high‑quality process insights to improve operational performance and enable informed decision‑making. As a Celonis Coe Domain Lead, you will play a key role in enabling these insights by designing and maintaining robust data pipelines, modeling process data, and integrating information from core business systems into the Celonis platform. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including IT, Process Excellence, Operations, and Value Engineers—to ensure that Celonis serves as a trusted analytical foundation for continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end technical enablement of process intelligence use cases, from data ingestion to transformation, validation, and ongoing performance optimization.

  • Data Modeling: Develop optimized data models within Celonis to reflect end‑to‑end business processes, enabling advanced process mining, root‑cause analysis, and automation opportunities.
  • Integration Ownership: Collaborate with IT and application owners to integrate data from SAP, Oracle, databases, and other platforms into Celonis, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow aligned with architectural standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of Celonis data models and pipelines, addressing bottlenecks and implementing best practices to support long‑term scalability.
  • Data Quality Management: Establish and maintain data validation and cleansing mechanisms to ensure high‑quality, trustworthy data for process mining and analytics.
  • Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with business analysts, value engineers, and process owners to understand process requirements, translate them into data models, and provide technical guidance for building value‑driven use cases.
  • Documentation & Transparency: Create and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, transformation logic, and Celonis data models to ensure clarity, maintainability, and alignment with internal governance standards.
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay current with advancements in Celonis EMS, data engineering practices, and process intelligence technologies, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to building a scalable data foundation for the organization.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
