About The Role

We are looking for a high-impact Business Analyst who thrives in fast-moving digital transformation environments. You will be the bridge between clients, designers, and engineering teams—turning business needs into clear, actionable product backlogs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, structured thinking, and shaping digital products from idea to delivery.

You will own the journey from problem discovery to production-ready user stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client workshops to understand business objectives, workflows, and pain points.
• Capture detailed requirements and document meeting minutes with clarity and structure.
• Define user roles and permissions based on business needs and system design.
• Break down requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Validate and get sign-off on requirements, user stories, and scope from clients.
• Drive multiple alignment meetings with stakeholders to finalize features and priorities.
• Maintain the product backlog in Azure Boards with well-written, developer-ready stories.
• Participate actively in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
• Review and validate designs against business requirements.
• Attach approved designs to user stories and ensure complete context for developers.
• Clarify features, acceptance criteria, and edge cases for engineering teams.
• Act as the single source of truth for requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  
  

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / Digital / Product environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Proven ability to write clear, structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with tools like Azure Boards, JIRA, or similar Agile platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams—clients, designers, and developers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to convert ambiguity into structure.
  
  

• Experience in digital transformation projects (web, mobile, cloud, enterprise apps).
• Exposure to UX principles and design collaboration.
• Domain experience in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Enterprise Platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and basic technical architecture.

• Product backlog is clean, prioritized, and always sprint-ready.
• Developers build faster with fewer reworks due to crystal-clear requirements.
• Designers and engineers stay aligned with business intent.
• Delivery moves with speed, clarity, and confidence.
