Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Business Analyst with prior experience in the BGV or HRTech domain to support business analysis activities such as requirement gathering, coordination with internal teams, and process documentation. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between business needs and solution delivery in a SaaS product environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Support data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Coordinate with product, technical, and implementation teams for requirement clarity
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Assist in documenting workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures
• Support client discussions and requirement validation when needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the BGV or HRTech domain (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
