Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as evaluating the current state of operations. You will identify customer requirements and define the future state or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Working experience in Life Sciences - Business Analysis is mandatory - Working experience mandatory in CTMS, CDS, Clinical data management and analytics applications, Veeva Clinical (or) Working experience in Regulatory domain of Life sciences, experience in Veeva RIM - Understanding of Pharma drug development process - Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions, documenting user stories etc., - Knowledge of requirement management/testing tools like Jira, confluence, prototyping tools etc., - Knowledge on GXP, Agile delivery processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
