When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you lead the design and development of innovative software solutions that drive business success. As a Manager you motivate and inspire your team while managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff to deliver exceptional results. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies in an agile environment, allowing you to enhance your leadership skills and make a significant impact on our clients success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Azure .Net whole stack solutions for clients
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies in software development
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members
• Confirm adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively
• Evaluate and implement enhancements to boost system performance
• Cultivate a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing
  
  

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
• Certifications in .NET, Kubernetes, or related technologies
• Demonstrating proficiency in microservices architecture
• Excelling in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Designing and optimizing SQL Server databases
