About The Job

  • You will be part of a globally distributed Scrum team, contributing to the development and evolution of DevOps practices and solutions that support product development.
  • You will collaborate closely with multiple product development Scrum teams, acting as an advocate and evangelist for the adoption of DevOps principles and best practices.
  • You will drive the adoption of DevOps tools, processes, and methodologies, while designing and setting up the required infrastructure to support team needs.
  • You will enable faster, more frequent, and higher-quality product releases by introducing new tools and technologies, as well as continuously improving existing platforms and workflows.
  • You will design, implement, and maintain automated build and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, enabling development teams to integrate their codebases and automated test suites seamlessly.
  • You will develop and maintain automation, monitoring, and logging solutions to ensure system reliability, visibility, and performance.
  • You will work closely with QA and development teams to understand testing strategies and tools, and drive continuous improvements in build, test, and release processes.

Job Responsibilities – Azure DevOps Engineer

  • 3-6 Years of total experience
  • Design, operate, and optimize Azure-based DevOps and CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain automated pipelines, monitoring, and logging using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, YAML, and Batch.
  • Manage Windows systems, deployments, security, packaging (WiX, InstallShield), and virtualization (Hyper-V, Azure VMs).
  • Collaborate with agile teams to promote DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain engineering documentation (CMP, PMP, QP) and communicate effectively in global environments.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+years of experience in a process-oriented software development organization.
  • Proven experience working with globally distributed, multi-site teams in an agile environment.

Education & Training:

Education:

  • Engineering Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably a major in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics).
