Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with 6–8 years of experience and a strong foundation in core Python, OOP principles, and web application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Django or Flask, RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud-based deployments, with a strong focus on scalability, clean code, and best engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python with deep understanding of OOP concepts
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django and/or Flask
• Hands-on experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Ability to design scalable, high-performance backend systems
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (good to have)
  
  

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP
• Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
  
  

• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as pytest
• Familiarity with automation and networking-related libraries/tools (e.g., Paramiko, PyShark)
  
  

• Strong understanding of networking concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and production issues effectively
  
  

• Exposure to machine learning, data analysis, or advanced analytics
• Experience with system monitoring and performance optimization
  
  

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based web applications using Django or Flask. Ensure application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• API Development: Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Database Management: Design database schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Problem Solving & Debugging: Identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions.
• Cloud & Deployment: Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS/GCP environments.
• Automation & CI/CD: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and release cycles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
