You will be responsible for
Job Summary:
To support Tesco Business Services through accurate investigation of supplier queries to the right team by ensuring legal & policy 
compliance (GSCOP guidelines by GCA). In this role I will also operate within the Supplier Helpline function, providing support and 
guidance in a professional and confidential manner.
In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities: 
- Follow the Code of Business Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
- Ensure timely and accurate investigation in line with agreed SLAs and Ensure compliance with GSCOP and GCA Guidelines
- Build strong relationships with buyers and suppliers through regular interactions
- Review Supplier queries/disputes and check for mandatory documents before ticketing and assigning the queries to the right team by 
being audit complaint
- Have conversations with buyers and suppliers to gather evidence for investigation
- Update the investigation summary on internal database with detailed commentary on  daily basis
- Acting as the UK Based escalation point for all Supplier queries received via the Supplier Helpline
- Maintaining strong Business relationships between Tesco and its suppliers.
- Acting as the direct liaison for suppliers seeking resolution to their queries on Tesco processes and systems within the agreed SLA       
- Making suppliers aware of any internal issues or enhancements
- Understands Business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes
- Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
