In this role, youll own end-to-end campaign execution across digital touchpoints, optimize conversion rates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results. Key job responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic and conversion
  • Develop and optimize storefront experiences to enhance customer engagement
  • Partner with creative, category, and tech teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
  • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate cross-functional deliverables
  • Build and optimize user journey flows to improve conversion rates
  • Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all marketing assets

A day in the life

Our day starts with reviewing campaign performance metrics and adjusting live promotions based on real-time data. Youll coordinate with creative teams on upcoming campaigns, review storefront layouts for optimization opportunities, and collaborate with category teams on promotional strategies. Between checking campaign metrics and fine-tuning user experiences, youll be planning future initiatives and ensuring flawless execution of current programs.

About The Team

Our marketing team combines analytical rigor with creative thinking to drive business growth. We work closely with product, creative, and category teams to create compelling customer experiences. In our fast-paced environment, we value attention to detail, data-driven decision making, and innovative problem-solving.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience in a marketing role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
  • Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
