Associate Manager - Integration

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP BTP Lead to drive integration and innovation using SAP Business Technology Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Integration Suite , API Management , Event Mesh , and Enterprise Integration Cockpit (EIC) . You will lead solution design, architecture, and implementation efforts, ensuring seamless integration across systems and delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BTP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design and implement solutions using SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, and EIC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies and architecture.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in integration practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in SAP technologies, with at least 3–5 years in SAP BTP.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, and EIC.
• Deep understanding of cloud integration patterns and protocols (REST, OData, SOAP, etc.).
• Experience in designing scalable and secure APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex integration landscapes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
