Job Description

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

• Identify and engage potential funders and partners through systematic research and outreach

• Build and manage a pipeline across government, CSR, and philanthropic sectors

• Develop and maintain databases of leads, funders, and decision-makers

• Track open calls, tenders, grant opportunities, and market trends Proposal Development & Partner Engagement

• Draft concept notes, EOIs, RFP responses, and customized proposals

• Collaborate internally to design impactful programs aligned with partner objectives

• Lead follow-ups and represent Ei in partner conversations and events

• Manage transition from lead generation to handover with the implementation/account team


Strategy & Documentation

• Conduct sector mapping, competitor analysis, and BD performance reporting

• Maintain trackers and dashboards for internal progress monitoring

• Prepare presentations and pitch decks as needed for internal and external audiences Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams across implementation, research, and finance

• Ensure coherence between partner commitments and internal capacity

• Support vertical fundraising goals and contribute to overall organizational targets
