To support the distribution of relevant, compliant and high quality communications about our medicines, all of our Promotional and Non-Promotional content must be reviewed and approved before use. The Content Approval process presents a significant opportunity for optimization through the use of AI and we have recently implemented a new AI Assisted Review platform to drive efficiency and reduce errors in our content.

- Service & support Management; managing end user issues/queries, incidents, changes to business rules (‘data inputs’) and service/consultancy requests - using established GSK service and support systems for the intake, assessment, triage and resolution of service and support requests, in accordance with agreed SLA’s, escalating where necessary to the relevant group for resolution
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key Global and LOC stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities, understanding of usage trends and identification of opportunities for product enhancement
- Facilitating two-way communication channels between end users and core product team to communicate key information related to product/process changes and ensure understanding of issues/pain points related to the use of AI Assisted Review
- Work with GSK deployment leads, external vendor and Global/Regional alignment teams to manage the delivery of new features and functionality on time and aligned with pre-determined success criteria; this will include coordination of activities such as user story development, UAT, training delivery and release comms
- Update and maintain high quality, accurate documentation related to the use of AI Assisted Review, including end user training/support materials and change documentation to ensure traceability and version control
- Work with GSK core team, Global/Regional alignment team and market points of contact to drive adoption of AI Assisted Review, identifying and unblocking any challenges in the use of the platform
- Continually reviewing product performance, including measurement of customer satisfaction, taking ownership of the findings and proactively working to resolve any challenges identified
