The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals, and youth across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, in partnership with 15+ central and state governments.

Our economic inclusion journey towards serving 25 million Indians spans 10 states and currently reaches over 1.5 million people. Through our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges, we have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs, including Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees, Earthshot Prize winners, and nationally recognized changemakers.

About The Team

The People & Culture team at The Nudge helps in acquiring and nurturing the right talent to meet the organizations objectives. By being part of this team, join us on an unique opportunity to build the People & Culture function of a rapidly growing organization which is solving some of the toughest problems in India.

At The/Nudge You Will

• design and execute the people & culture strategy aligned to organisational development
• build scalable, high-quality people practices across the employee lifecycle
• build a cohesive culture in line with the elements of The/Nudge spirit
• partner with senior leaders to enable workforce planning, capability building, and succession
• lead performance management, feedback, L&D and development processes that enable growth and accountability
• drive employee engagement, culture health, and retention through structured interventions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• manage and coach a team towards their growth and development
• lead and guide the team towards data-driven decision-making across all projects within the function
• act as a trusted advisor on change, leadership effectiveness, and organisational health with internal and external stakeholders
• lead and drive DEIB initiatives within the organization
• Use people data and insights to improve decision-making and experience outcomes
  
  

• 12 - 18 years of progressive experience in HR, People, or Culture leadership roles, at least 4+ years in leadership roles.
• proven experience leading people & culture or HR function in a growing or complex organisation
• exposure to change, transformation, or scaling environments preferred
• a bachelor’s degree in any subject
• deep passion towards solving complex people problems
• creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for employees
• exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to coach and mentor team members
• ability to maintain and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders
• ability to plan and execute projects independently
