About The Team
The People & Culture team at The Nudge helps in acquiring and nurturing the right talent to meet the organizations objectives. By being part of this team, join us on an unique opportunity to build the People & Culture function of a rapidly growing organization which is solving some of the toughest problems in India.
At The/Nudge You Will
design and execute the people & culture strategy aligned to organisational development
build scalable, high-quality people practices across the employee lifecycle
build a cohesive culture in line with the elements of The/Nudge spirit
partner with senior leaders to enable workforce planning, capability building, and succession
lead performance management, feedback, L&D and development processes that enable growth and accountability
drive employee engagement, culture health, and retention through structured interventions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
manage and coach a team towards their growth and development
lead and guide the team towards data-driven decision-making across all projects within the function
act as a trusted advisor on change, leadership effectiveness, and organisational health with internal and external stakeholders
lead and drive DEIB initiatives within the organization
Use people data and insights to improve decision-making and experience outcomes
Apply If You Have
12 - 18 years of progressive experience in HR, People, or Culture leadership roles, at least 4+ years in leadership roles.
proven experience leading people & culture or HR function in a growing or complex organisation
exposure to change, transformation, or scaling environments preferred
a bachelor’s degree in any subject
deep passion towards solving complex people problems
creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for employees
exceptional verbal and written communication skills
strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to coach and mentor team members
ability to maintain and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders
ability to plan and execute projects independently
