Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide insights through data analysis and visualization for small to large datasets
• Ability to translate a business question into analytical problem to develop business rules, process flow and methodology for analysis
• Ability to summarize the analysis using basic statistical methods
• Work with team to execute Ad-hoc/ Regular projects using secondary data analysis
• Active participation in client communication
  
  

• 4+ years of professional experience is required
  
  

• Must be well verse with Advanced excel/GSheets, Word/GDoc and MS PowerPoint/GSlide
• Technical Skills:
• Must have – Experience in working on database query (SQL
• Good to have – Dataiku, Python, PySpark
• Domain Expertise:
• Understanding of Payer Analytics: Ability to analyze payer landscapes, coverage policies, market access barriers/opportunities and access pull-through
• Understanding of payer contracting and product positioning in US formularies and their impact on market performance
• Stakeholder/Project management and mentorship experience, collaborating with high‑performance analytics & decision science teams
• Dataset familiarity: MMIT/DRG Formulary and lives, IQVIA LAAD Claims, 867 Sales
