Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager ? MEP to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in luxury villas and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate must possess a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and a strong background in managing MEP works within premium residential developments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) as per design, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, architects, civil teams, and contractors to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems with other services.
  • Review and validate MEP drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets for MEP-related works, and report deviations or risks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Assist the Project Manager in vendor coordination, resource planning, and subcontractor management.
  • Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.
  • Maintain documentation of technical approvals, site instructions, material movement, and inspection records.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, local codes, and industry best practices.


Requirements:
  • B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP execution and coordination, with at least 5 years in luxury villas or high-end residential projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, fire safety, ELV systems, and plumbing installations
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP design drawings and construction documents
  • Experience in using AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of IS codes, NBC, and other relevant regulations.


Preferred Qualities:
  • Experience working with reputed real estate developers or high-end villa projects in Bengaluru or other metros
  • Exposure to sustainable/green building MEP practices is an advantage
  • Hands-on involvement in the full lifecycle from design to handover.


Compensation:

Commensurate with industry standards and candidate experience.
