Assistant Manager – Operational Insights

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager – Operational Insights is responsible for strengthening workplace operations through high-quality analytics, structured reporting, and insights-driven decision-making. This position blends facility management fundamentals with data interpretation and operational planning. The role supports daily workplace operations while developing dashboards, analytics models, and performance assessments that enable leadership to make informed, strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting

In this role, the Assistant Manager will manage and maintain facility-related datasets including space utilization metrics, occupancy trends, service delivery information, vendor performance, and asset records. The individual will support the creation of dashboards and reporting structures that track key facility KPIs and will conduct analysis to identify patterns, opportunities for efficiency, and areas requiring intervention. This work includes preparing regular business review reports, supporting digital workplace initiatives, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all operational data. The role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decisions that enhance overall workplace performance.

Facility Management Support

Alongside analytics responsibilities, the individual will support the day-to-day functioning of facility operations by coordinating with vendors, monitoring service quality, and assisting in workplace services delivery. The role includes supporting space planning activities using data insights, validating SLA performance, and participating in operational problem-solving. The Assistant Facility Manager will also assist in improving operational workflows, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and driving initiatives that enhance both service efficiency and the overall employee experience within the workplace.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree with interest in Business Analytics, Operations, or General Management
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with datasets; familiarity with BI tools preferred
  • Internship exposure to operations, analytics, or workplace management is an advantage
  • Ability to interpret operational data and present clear, structured insights
