Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Implementation Engineer to support the technical implementation of our product for clients. This role involves assisting with product deployment, system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support to ensure a smooth and successful client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist with product implementation and system configuration for clients

● Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client-facing teams

● Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system testing activities

● Assist in preparing technical documentation and implementation guides

● Provide technical support during and after go-live

● Support implementation activities to ensure timely and successful deployments

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

● 1–3 years of experience in implementation, technical support, or engineering roles

● Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and deployment processes

● Ability to work directly with clients and internal stakeholders

● Good communication and collaboration skills
