We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Director, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence

In This Role, You Will

  • Analyze customer complaints data and design complaints management strategy
  • Help to develop marketing strategies basis insights generated from customer data
  • Uncover opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction using best in class analytical techniques
  • Develop various dashboard and reporting framework and managing those
  • Develop strong understanding of the market business and products, and align the analytics solution accordingly
  • Effective management for various stakeholders and project prioritization across markets
  • Strict adherence to the HSBC Core Values.

To Be Successful, You Will

  • Hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using data. Ability to convert business problem to an analytical problem.
  • Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is preferred
  • Good foundation on programming skills (R, Python, SAS, SQL, Cloud Technologies or other equivalent analytical tools)
  • Strong data handing skillset. Ability to visualize datasets and tell a story through data. Experience with Looker, Qliksense, Tableau or other data visualization tools will be preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
