Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Business Analyst to support business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, coordination with internal teams, and assistance in process documentation and improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment between business needs and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements

● Support data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations

● Coordinate with product, technical, and implementation teams to ensure requirement clarity

● Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities

● Assist in documenting workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

● Support client discussions and requirement validation as needed

● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across projects

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

● 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a similar role

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

● Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
