This role is very crucial to ensure success of AI innovation we are building and entails end to end envisioning of how AI can help threat hunting and security research broadly and build AI agents to help the personas. We are looking for individuals with "go get it done" approach to a problem where they show hard work, growth mindset, goal and outcome, oriented thinking and ship fast and learn fast execution style. Responsibilities

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 3+ years hands on experience with strong coding in languages including, but not limited to, Python, equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience as an applied scientist/data scientist/applied researcher with hands on responsibilities to build ML based products using core Maching Learning/Deep Learning methods and also experience in end to end ownership in one or more components of the entire ML Project
• Experience working in LLMs and building LLM powered copilots/agents is highly preferred.
• Experience in deep learning models and tuning transformer models is highly preferred.
• Experience in evaluating the ML Solutions and tuning the solution for customer delight.
• Strong ability to code and collaborate with engineering teams in shipping features.
• Ability to navigate unstructured fast paced experiments.
• The applicant must be well versed with the entire AL/ML development lifecycle including design and POC/experiments, further tuning to improve quality, production readiness, post-production improvements, evaluating and updating to new models/AI platforms
  
  

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Computer Science
• BSc/MSc in Statistics/related subject such as mathematics
• Strong Proficiency in Analytics, model evaluation
• Strong ability to collaborate with other data scientist in solving ML/Deep Learning/ Agentic Problem as a team
• Ability to own some components end to end independently
• Proficiency in Python, ML and Gen AI
• Proficiency to collaborate with different stakeholders including PM and Engineering
