🔍 Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Lead Architect with a strong background in designing and leading BPM solutions. This role focuses on developing scalable solutions in the automotive sector, covering domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, after-sales services, and compliance. Appian Level 3 Certification is mandatory.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🏗️ 1. Solution Design & Technical Oversight

• Define and manage end-to-end architecture for Appian-based BPM solutions.
• Review and validate technical design documents (HLDs/LLDs).
• Perform feasibility assessments and lead code reviews to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
  
  

• Maintain delivery templates (e.g., requirement trackers, UAT logs).
• Manage version control of design and implementation templates.
• Align templates with stakeholder and project expectations.
  
  

• Support estimation, planning, and architecture alignment during execution.
• Advise on data modeling and integration strategy.
• Participate in demo feedback loops and solution validations.
  
  

• Work closely with PMs, BAs, QA, and developers to maintain architectural integrity.
• Lead engagements such as IXA Orchestrator and PIMS.
• Ensure adherence to delivery and documentation standards.
  
  

• Join governance meetings and syncs with Appian/client teams.
• Recommend strategies on engagement models and billing.
• Support decisions on resource allocation across Appian roles.
  
  

• 10–12 years of Appian development experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical leadership or architect role.
• Proven domain experience in automotive or manufacturing industries.
• Strong command of Appian components – records, process models, interfaces, and integrations.
• Mandatory: Appian Level 3 Certification
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Understanding of connected vehicle platforms & digital twin
• Experience in integrating AI/ML into BPM workflows
• Knowledge of automotive quality & compliance standards
  
  

• Languages/Tools: Java, MySQL, Appian BPM
• Certifications: Appian L3 (Mandatory)
