Overall Skills to manage the business stakeholders, project management and technology teams. Banking Program Solution lead role with subject matter expertise for domain with understanding of business/ Product requirement scope, definition, requirement configuration.

• May manage individual projects or coordinate a team of Solution/Data/Enterprise Architects.
• Understands and manages client and program stakeholders expectations and business objectives.
• Establishes agile teams and ensures their availability throughout the project.
• Establishes and launches the Agile governance structure and processes including all applicable agile roles Represent individuals who interpret, analyze and translate client requirements into cost-effective, reliable, predictable and deliverable solutions, tied to standard Technology offerings. • Experience with software implementation methodology.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
• This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture
• It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters
