Job Description

This is a permanent role with one of the Series B Startup in Fintech - A Valued client of Zyoin.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in native Android development and be proficient in Kotlin and Java. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications that deliver a seamless and high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and tools
  
  

• 4–8 years of proven experience in Android development
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java
• Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIS to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIS
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
