Job Summary

Working under general direction, the Product Management Analyst provides analytical, documentation, and coordination support to the Product organization. This role partners closely with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support product initiatives, maintain documentation, and ensure launch readiness. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and communication of product information while supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Essential Functions

  • Collect, analyze, and report on product performance data and KPIs to identify trends and inform business decisions.
  • Conduct competitive and market research and communicate key insights to product leadership.
  • Draft and maintain and organize product documentation, including guides, collateral, FAQs, and sales materials.
  • Manage and enhance product SharePoint sites, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure ongoing documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare product SharePoint for AI enablement to improve searchability and user experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, materials, and schedules to support product launches.
  • Track operational readiness, update launch checklists, and monitor post-launch activities.
  • Collaborate with systems and operations teams to resolve escalated product or system issues.
  • Support go-to-market communications, including product newsletters and leadership updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product documentation and SharePoint inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management, documentation, or financial services; retirement plan and/or investment experience strongly preferred.
  • FINRA Fingerprinting required
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to synthesize data trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chat GPT, GA4, Amplitude and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to large groups or senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems, and handle detail-oriented tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations related to retirement plans preferred.
  • Curiosity about industry and market trends; proactive in identifying process improvements.
