Overview:

The P1 Analyst will provide operational and administrative support to the NDA Center of Excellence for EMEA/APAC by assisting with NDA intake, document preparation, maintaining filing accuracy and compliance checks. This role enables higher level analysts to focus on complex NDA reviews by handling routine, repetitive and process driven tasks while maintaining established NDA standards and controls.

What You Will Do:

• Perform initial intake of NDA requests via designated intake process
• Maintain data accuracy across NDA tracking tools and systems
• Prepare NDA documents using approved templates and standards
• Monitor and manage NDA CoE group email inbox
• Log incoming requests, track status and log turnbacks for incomplete submissions
• Resolve intake questions and assist requestors with troubleshooting the intake form
• Route requests according to established NDA processes and standards
• Perform basic compliance checks to confirm required information and documentation are present
• Upload, index and maintain NDA records in designated repository(ies)
• Ensure documents are properly named, filed, and retrievable
• Support record maintenance and system updates
• Receive training on NDA processes, standards and tools from senior team members
• Assist with process improvements through minor changes and updates
• Work under moderate supervision with clearly defined procedures and escalation paths
• Recommend minor changes to systems or processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior analysts or management
• Log all turnback activities and identified issues into the designated tracking systems and databases
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all records to support operational transparency, audit readiness and continuous improvement
  
  

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A Bachelors degree with LLB preferred and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
  
  

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proficiency with SharePoint and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems; Icertis preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to follow defined processes and standards consistently
• Basic understanding of document management and compliance principals
• Strong written and verbal English communication
