As part of the Technology and Innovation team you will drive innovation by integrating AI capabilities and leading digital transformation initiatives. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to secure project success. This role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement scalable AI solutions, and contribute to the modernization of business processes and systems. Responsibilities

• Bachelors Degree
• 14 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
• MBA in Business Administration or equivalent
• Training or certification in Gen/AI, ML, Agile
• Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC (Black or Gray Belt)
• Proficiency in designing AI models and algorithms
• Understanding of data pipelines and integration
• Leading digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and AI integration
• Experience in agile environments for technology projects
