Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex technology projects across multiple teams and geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, proven leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead and manage large, complex IT projects or programs from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices
  
  

• Manage project execution using Agile / Scrum / SAFe / Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting
• Ensure transparent, timely, and effective communication across all levels
  
  

• Own project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across onshore and offshore teams
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining delivery quality
  
  

• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, security, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned
  
  

• Support presales activities, including effort estimation, solution planning, and proposal development
• Provide inputs for project feasibility, timelines, risks, and cost models
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on client presentations and solution discussions
  
  

• 12–14 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Strong experience managing large, complex projects or programs
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
  
  

• Experience in Power Platform and/or .NET technologies
• Exposure to presales, estimation, and proposal support
• Experience working with global delivery models (onshore/offshore)
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Agile (CSM/PSM)
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage
