Summary

Responsible for planning, leading, and delivering software projects by coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes that meet business and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate and manage the work of developers, testers, and other team members throughout the SDLC.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate regular ceremonies/meetings (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, status reviews).
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial and time constraints.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, deployment, and transition to support/operations.
• Ensure documentation, change management, and compliance with internal standards and processes.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in software development or IT projects, with at least some experience in a coordinating or lead role.
• Proven experience managing software or IT projects, preferably with Agile methods.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Risk management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making under time and resource constraints.
