What would you do? Responsible for oversight and delivery of program deliverables and interdependencies in an optimized manner. Key responsibilities and activities:
Direct team members and manage activities to meet base business objectives
Resolve resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect base business model within the program
Onboard and train new associates in a timely fashion to eliminate capacity gaps
Align organizational/strategic direction that affects program goals and objectives
Resolve issues and change management within a standard governance structure
Escalate risk management to address issues/risks at program level
Monitor the progress of program components to ensure overall goals, deliverable frequencies, SLA, volume, and benefits of the program are achieved
Coordinate weekly/monthly/ ad hoc meetings on Service; Status; SLA & Accuracy %; highlight and lowlights. Compilation of weekly & monthly presentation content.
Alert Buyer on any potential impact risk
Alert Buyer on staffing situations; planned/unplanned, leavers, flight risk
Support and engage Buyer´s Supply Chain (Order Processing) team with new technology and innovation tools.
Additional responsibilities: Continuous process improvement, suggest solutions to address known issues, trainings.
Staff daily operations with adequate numbers of resources during specified shift time and validate that they have been trained appropriately, with access to the correct tools and systems to provide the Order Processing Services to Buyer
Direct team members and manage activities to ensure that daily Order Processing volumes are executed in line with Buyer requirements, SOPs & WIs
Coordinate & record new business requirements updates and ensure team are trained accordingly as well as ensuring SOPs & WIs are updated What are we looking for? Qualifications
Overall data experience with leading medium to large data teams, implementing data governance best practices, establishing data standards
Overall experience and minimum 8 years of team leading / management experience for managers
Experience with Order Processing (Order-to-Invoice) suite of tools like SAP, etc.
Exposure to Consumer Products Industry
Strong communication skills, oral and written (US English, conversational Hindi)
Ability to resolve conflicts, drive decisions, prioritize and manage workload
High problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills
Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Ability to translate skills to other employees through training and mentoring. Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
