What would you do? In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Primary upward interaction is with direct Associate Manager

  • 8-9 years’ experience in any back office, SOP driven process
  • Experience in food service distribution preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working virtually a plus.
  • Handling a team of 30+ FTE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills - ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
