We are currently seeking a Research Associate to join the Insights, Evidence and Value (IEV) team. This role plays a key part in conducting literature reviews, with a focus on reviewing and validating data included in literature. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and vendors to ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of literature review methodologies. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly detail-oriented, organized, and interested in the intersection of clinical research and literature review.

What You’ll Do

• Conducting comprehensive and structured reviews of existing research to answer specific questions.
• Collecting, evaluating, and synthesizing relevant studies following predefined protocols to minimize bias.
• Literature searching, data extraction, quality assessment, and report writing.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Developing best practice and standards such as training resources.
• Supporting evidence-based healthcare decision-making through high-quality systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and HTAs.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and technology advancements relevant to literature reviews.
• Carry out additional project-related responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting systematic reviews, project management, or clinical research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
