Job Requirements

• MBA in Project Management or Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  
  

• Define milestones, deliverables, and timelines for engineering projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules in the planning tools like Primavera P6/MS Project
• Track the KPIs and highlight the challenges & support required
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and propose the action plans
• Monitor project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts
• Collaborate with Technical leadership & Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation for stakeholders
  
  

• Project planning, scheduling, or coordination (preferably in oil & gas or heavy engineering projects)
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, ISO)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
