Project Architect

We are seeking a Project Architect in the Bengaluru office for our Retail + Restaurant studio. This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction, opportunities to work on diverse retail projects across phases, contribute to high-quality documentation, and grow technical and design skills under the mentorship of project leaders and project managers

A Day In Life

• Create multiple concept design iterations per client needs
• Research brand and site context to understand client needs and preferences, translating these into design solutions
• Prepare and present design proposals and making adjustments based on feedback
• Assist in Design Documentation with drawings, models, specifications etc. using design software’s like BIM and CAD
• Ensure designs adhere to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
• Collaborate within the team, consultants, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of design elements
• Partner with Project Manager and help guide Architects in producing and issuing accurate sets of design documents as well as other required client deliverables as per standards
• Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions

You’re already experienced in:

• Conceptual design work for retail and hospitality spaces
• Retail store designs and brand standards work
• Space planning and visualization
• Custom design and detailing
  
  

Your Soft Skills Include

• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to work on various space types in a fast-changing environment
• Experience working for a multi-office/multi-time zone company
• Supporting and sharing knowledge to team members
• Communicating changes in project scope or schedule
  
  

You Have The Following Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or relevant field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related role in the industry
• 3 years of experience in Design work
• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, etc.
