Production Assistant – Video & Production Solutions

Location: Bangalore | Experience: 2–3 years | Full-Time (WFO)

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Production Assistant to support end-to-end content production at Smytten. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, an eye for aesthetics, and hands-on experience across shoots, editing, and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-production planning, logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Support on set with equipment setup, studio prep, lighting, props, and set dressing.
• Maintain production gear and ensure smooth communication between teams.
• Provide creative support in art direction, prop styling, and basic direction during shoots.
• Organize footage, manage assets, and support basic editing on Adobe Premiere Pro/Creative Suite.
• Help with content creation for social media and stay updated on trending formats.
• Contribute to visual strategy, video breakdowns, references, and mood boards.
  
  

• 2–3 years in production/media/content roles.
• Understanding of graphic design, photography, videography, and studio setup.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of camera handling, editing tools, and production workflows.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
• Media/communication background is a plus.
