Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Good to have skills : SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture, SAP UI5 Development

Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, translating those needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and driving discussions around transformation and the customer journey. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that functional and application designs align with business requirements, ultimately contributing to the successful implementation of integrated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture, SAP UI5 Development. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
