Role Overview: Join our Software Solutions team building the dashboard that powers the future of construction. You’ll help site owners monitor multi-OEM fleets, track emissions, and take real-time action - all through clean design and modern data infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Backend API Development: Build and maintain scalable backend APIs using Node.js and NestJS
• Data Pipeline Design: Design data pipelines and real-time features using Kafka and MQTT
• Frontend Development: Develop frontend components using Vue.js
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Ensure quality with Docker, and Terraform deployments on AWS ECS
• End-to-end Ownership: Own features end-to-end with close collaboration across teams
  
  

• Full-Stack Feature Development: Building product features across backend, frontend, and real-time messaging systems
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Working with domain experts to shape telemetry insights into user-facing tools
• Platform Contribution: Contributing to the shared platform layer for all internal AI and data systems
  
  

• Builder’s Mindset: A builder’s mindset with comfort working across the stack

• Full-Stack Engineering Background: 5+ years in full-stack development ( Node.js , NestJS, Vue.js )
• Streaming Protocols: Experience with MQTT, Kafka, or similar streaming protocols
• Cloud & DevOps Skills: Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (Docker, Terraform, AWS ECS)
  
  

• Domain-Experience: Experience with telemetry data, carbon tracking, or energy systems
• Startup Agility: Startup experience or a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
