- Shape the workflow of dozens of UX designers, directly influencing how AI experiences are designed and shipped
- Work at the intersection of AI, UX, and engineering, helping bring cutting-edge autonomous systems to life

Responsibilities
- Works with designers across the AI ERP design studio to determine requirements for tools and processes.
- Builds tools that simplify designing and vibe-coding in Figma as well as vibe-coding and creating pull requests in VS. Code to build a workflow optimized for Design-authored pull requests
- Creates design-focused AI framework and eval toolkits.
- Upskills designers to maximize the value of AI chat and vibe coding
- Maintains up-to-date guidance on what current models can and cannot support for Design
- Remains current in skills by investing time and effort into staying up to date on current developments that will improve efficiency and confidence in tools and products.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Computer engineering or related technical field AND 3+ years of professional coding experience including front-end, UX engineering tools, and platform engineering (C#, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript and React) OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years proven experience in designing and implementing user experiences for shipped products, with strong software & design skills in design patterns, and scalable design systems.
- Track record of delivering AI-powered products and a clear understanding of LLMs and agent systems (prompting, tool usage, memory, retries).
- Experience in fast-moving product teams (consumer or enterprise) and shipping products in iterations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record of enabling other builders/designers through frameworks, tooling, or abstractions.
- Comfortable building tools or platforms that enable non-engineers to code or experiment.
- Strong collaboration with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
- Experience working with CI/CD, PR workflows, and production code quality best practices.
