About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Lead to drive creative excellence across branding, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns at BrandStory Digital. This role is ideal for a senior creative professional who combines strong visual thinking with leadership, strategic understanding, and hands-on execution.


As a Creative Lead, you will own the creative output across multiple accounts, lead and mentor designers, collaborate closely with strategy and client teams, and ensure that every piece of work aligns with brand objectives, business goals, and high creative standards.



Key Responsibilities :


Creative Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (graphic designers, UI/UX designers, motion artists).
  • Set creative direction and ensure consistency across all campaigns and brand touchpoints.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Manage team capacity, workload allocation, and timelines across projects.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Creative Strategy & Conceptualization

  • Translate client briefs into strong creative concepts and visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with strategy, content, and account teams to deliver integrated campaign ideas.
  • Ensure brand alignment, storytelling, and innovation across digital, social, print, video, and experiential formats.
  • Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and emerging creative formats.


Project & Client Ownership

  • Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Present creative ideas, concepts, and rationale confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs within scope and timelines.
  • Support business teams in pitches, proposals, and new client onboarding.


Quality, Process & Standards

  • Define and enforce creative guidelines, brand systems, and best practices.
  • Maintain high standards of design quality, usability, and visual consistency.
  • Establish efficient creative workflows, review processes, and quality checks.
  • Continuously optimize processes to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital-first campaigns, and integrated marketing.
  • Excellent command over design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
  • 7–10 years of experience in creative agencies, digital marketing, or branding roles.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and delivering end-to-end creative solutions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing agency environments.
