Job Description

Role: Associate Product Manager (APM)

Location: Bengaluru [In-Office]

Experience: 2–3 years

About ClickPost

ClickPost is Asia’s largest logistics intelligence platform, helping brands like Walmart, Nykaa, Meesho, Adidas, and others improve post-purchase and logistics operations. Founded in 2015, we’ve been profitable for the last five years, backed by top-tier investors, and growing ~2x year-on-year. Our culture is built on ownership, learning, transparency, and velocity.

About the Team (Darwin + Platform)

This role sits at the intersection of B2B logistics transformation (Darwin) and core platform capabilities like communication flows, integrations, onboarding, and reliability. The problems are complex, operationally heavy, and high-impact. You’ll work close to customers, engineering, sales, onboarding, and ops teams, owning outcomes end to end.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-ownership Associate Product Manager who learns by doing. You’ll drive discovery, execution, and delivery across customer-facing workflows, internal tools, integrations, and platform features.

This is not a spec-writing role. You’ll be expected to deeply understand workflows, reason from first principles, and push things to completion.

What You’ll Work On:

Examples of problem areas you may own:

  • Own and drive the Clickpost’s Communication module and flow builders along with WhatsApp Gateway roadmap end-to-end (UI + onboarding + workflows), working closely with the SPM and engineering teams.
  • Invoice reconciliation and discrepancy detection in carrier invoices
  • AI-led POD verification and document intelligence
  • Dispatch and warehouse-facing workflow digitization
  • Communication flows, gateways, and flow builders (WhatsApp, notifications, triggers)
  • Platform reliability, onboarding automation, and reduction of manual ops
  • Internal tools and automations that reduce effort across teams

Key Responsibilities:

Product Discovery & Strategy

  • Own discovery for assigned problem areas through customer calls, workflow mapping, data analysis, and field visits
  • Synthesize customer pain points, business impact, and technical constraints into clear product direction
  • Contribute to roadmap prioritization with structured, data-backed inputs

Execution & Delivery

  • Act as product owner for features from scoping to launch and post-release tracking
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Create epics and tickets, follow up with engineering, and unblock execution
  • Own UAT, edge-case validation, and production readiness
  • Monitor usage, performance, and operational metrics post-launch

Pre-sales, Onboarding & Adoption

  • Support pre-sales through demos, API walkthroughs, and solutioning
  • Own onboarding journeys and work closely with CS and ops to reduce friction
  • Build playbooks, documentation, onboarding guides, and internal training material
  • Ensure feature adoption across internal teams and customers

Platform & Integrations

  • Work on API-driven products, gateways, integrations, and workflows
  • Analyze logs, delivery statuses, retries, error codes, and usage data
  • Drive new integrations end-to-end: requirements, documentation, testing, rollout

Skills Required:

Must-Have

  • High agency. You take action without waiting for instructions
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort reasoning about trade-offs and second-order effects
  • Structured problem-solving from first principles
  • Comfort working with APIs, Postman, logs, debugging, and QA workflows
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments

AI & Tooling

  • Hands-on use of modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Lovable, etc.)
  • Ability to build internal tools, automations, or workflows using AI
  • Proficient in prompt engineering and AI-first ways of working

Product Taste

  • High bar for UI/UX clarity and usability
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Curiosity, humility, ambition, and willingness to hustle

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a Top institution
  • 1–2 years of experience in product, product ops, solutions, implementation, or a similar fast-paced role
  • Demonstrable hands-on use of AI tools (side projects or production work mandatory)
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, B2B products, logistics, supply chain, or platform products is a strong plus
  • Comfortable visiting

What You Can Expect:

  • Ownership and autonomy: You will have immense ownership and responsibility. You own and drive the execution.
  • Culture:
  • We value velocity in all things we do. You would be expected to move fast, experiment and be updated with the newest technologies
  • We give a lot of ownership to our people. There is no micro-management, and you would be expected to own projects end to end
  • We have seen people grow super-fast at ClickPost when they focus on the impact of the work, are detailed in their way of working and are willing to take risks
  • Our team thrives on transparency.
  • Compensation: We offer a competitive salary with performance bonus.
  • Benefits:
  • Health insurance
  • Generous vacation policy
  • Learning and development budget
  • Team events and company offsite
  • Company laptop and devices
  • Maternity and paternity benefits
