Summary Of The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and consumer-focused Store Manager to lead store operations, drive commercial performance, and create exceptional customer experiences. This role is responsible for delivering sustainable business growth through strong people leadership, operational excellence, and brand execution. As the face of the brand in-store, you will inspire teams, elevate customer engagement, and ensure seamless execution across sales, merchandising, inventory, and store operations. About The Role

Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Drive profitable sales and deliver store financial targets through strong execution of KPIs including Conversion, Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Sales Per Hour (SPH)
  • Analyze business performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity, and profitability
  • Manage store expenses and payroll effectively while ensuring optimal commercial performance
  • Set clear individual and team sales goals and create accountability through consistent performance management
  • Leverage business insights and store trends to make agile decisions that improve store outcomes

People Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead end-to-end talent management including hiring, onboarding, coaching, development, and succession planning
  • Build high-performing teams by creating a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and engagement
  • Ensure effective training on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, customer experience standards, and selling practices
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen capability and create growth opportunities within the organization
  • Manage employee relations matters professionally while ensuring compliance with LS&CO policies and procedures

Operational Excellence

  • Own overall store operations including payroll management, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and compliance with operational standards
  • Plan store schedules based on business trends and traffic patterns to optimize customer service and labor productivity
  • Ensure strong execution of inventory processes including receiving, replenishment, transfers, ticketing, and stock accuracy
  • Lead inventory preparation and physical stock counts while maintaining strong process discipline
  • Partner with Loss Prevention teams to minimize shrinkage and ensure adherence to safety and security standards
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure all store priorities and operational tasks are executed seamlessly

Merchandising & Brand Execution

  • Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure compelling product presentation aligned with brand guidelines
  • Adapt visual direction based on store layout, business needs, and customer preferences
  • Maintain strong floor replenishment practices to ensure product availability and seamless customer experience
  • Ensure store presentation tells a compelling brand story through styling, product placement, and visual storytelling

Customer Experience

  • Create a high-energy and engaging in-store environment that reflects the Levi’s brand experience
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and embed LS&CO selling standards of Connect, Consult, and Close within the team
  • Ensure associates are equipped with strong product knowledge to confidently support customer needs
  • Drive customer-centric staffing and scheduling decisions to maximize service levels during peak traffic periods

About You

  • Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent retail experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Retail Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management role with proven ability to drive store performance
  • People Management: Strong experience in coaching, developing, and leading high-performing retail teams
  • Commercial Acumen: Good understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, payroll control, and store profitability drivers
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering elevated customer experiences and building strong team engagement
  • Operational Excellence: Strong process orientation with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively
  • Brand & Product Passion: Strong understanding of apparel retail with an appreciation for fashion, styling, and consumer trends
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence teams
  • Execution & Agility: Energetic, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
