Role Overview

As a Program Manager – Diagnostics, you will drive end-to-end execution across operations, partner management, customer experience, and cross-functional initiatives within our diagnostics business.

You will work closely with Operations, Growth, Product, Provider Networks, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless delivery, high customer satisfaction, and strong unit economics.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role suited for someone who loves solving ambiguous problems, building processes from scratch, and driving measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Execution & Operations
  • Own and drive key diagnostics programs from planning to execution
  • Build SOPs and scalable processes across cities
  • Track and optimize SLAs across internal and external stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Growth, Tech, Ops, CX, and Provider teams
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution with clear timelines and accountability
  • Work with Product and Sales to improve diagnostics booking flow and tracking experience
  • Partner & Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with diagnostic labs and sample collection partners
  • Monitor performance metrics and enforce service quality standards
  • Support onboarding of new partners in expansion markets
  • Customer Experience Excellence
  • Own end-to-end customer journey for both B2B and B2C diagnostics customers
  • Support Sales Teams to unblock more deals and unblock product capabilities

Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B or B2C high growth and fast paced startups (healthtech, fintech, mobility, ecommerce, consumer internet preferred)
  • Experience in solving for B2B or B2C customer needs with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders with clear impact.

  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset (comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus)
