Delivery refers to the process of transporting goods or services from a provider to a customer. It involves managing logistics, ensuring timely arrival, and maintaining the condition of the items being delivered. The goal is to meet customer expectations and ensure satisfaction. An end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities.

What are we looking for?

• Working knowledge of OTC ETE processes
• Ability to comprehend OTC metrics and measure them
• Experience in programming languages such as Python (Jupiter, Spider etc.) and R (R Studio, VS Code etc.)
• Well versed with data visualization tool such as Power Bi, Tableau, Sigma etc
• Knowledge of summarizing, joining, writing and amending SQL queries
• Managing end-to-end seamless direct connectivity to the databases/data-lake etc. Connectivity from data-lake to programming language IDE to visualization layer
• Managing Cloud platforms such as Salesforce, Azure, AWS etc
• Basic understanding of OTC processes
• Experience in coding in MS Excel Roles and Responsibilities:
• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• Support in creating new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Ability to effectively understand and communicate with different stakeholders
• Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Ability to execute methods and procedures on new assignments under guidance
• Individual would be responsible for work efforts as an individual contributor at a client or within Accenture
