Education Qualification: Engineering Graduate/MCA or equivalent/MBA

Position Description: Candite should meet these requirements.

• 5+ years of BA experience in Pharma domain
• Should have expertise in VEEVA particularly in Veeva MedComms
• Experience with Veeva Quality Docs, PromoMats and CRM
• Experienced in the medical affairs area in pharma would be great.
• Good communication skills and command in English with Documentation skills.
  
  

Your future duties and responsibilities

Analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders such as R&D, Clinical Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs

Translate complex pharma business needs into clear functional and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)

Ensure IT solutions comply with pharma regulations and standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements

Support validation activities (CSV), audit readiness, traceability, and documentation required for inspections

Collaborate with architects and development teams to design solutions across systems like LIMS, CTMS, eTMF, ERP, MES, Veeva, SAP, and data platforms

Strong working knowledge of Veeva QualityDocs
