If you love Instagram, YouTube, and creating videos and you want to learn by doing, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create content, be part of shoots, and help grow large social media pages in the mental health & wellness space.

You don’t need prior experience to apply. What matters most is your energy, creativity, and willingness to learn fast.

🔦About the role

• Help create and execute video content for YouTube & Instagram
• Be part of on-ground shoots in Bangalore (shoot days, planning, coordination)
• Support scripting, ideation, and basic direction for YouTube videos
• Be on camera when needed for content and ads
• Help create ad creatives for Meta & YouTube (you’ll learn how performance ads work)
• Work with editors, designers, and marketers to ship content fast

📋Youre perfect if:

• You love social media and think in Reels, Shorts & YouTube 📱
• You’re comfortable being on camera
• You’re curious, energetic, and not afraid to experiment
• You enjoy talking to people and building connections
• You want to learn how content + growth marketing works in a startup
