What You’ll Do

• Build, enhance, and support Oracle-based business applications that power critical business functions.
• Design and develop high-quality solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
• Work across the full development lifecycle — from requirements and design to development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Develop and optimize stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and database objects.
• Support application integrations, data conversions, and performance tuning.
• Take ownership of deliverables by providing estimates, timelines, and clear documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture.
• Continuously improve applications by bringing new ideas, best practices, and automation.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Application Developer, with strong expertise in PL/SQL.
• Solid understanding of Oracle DBMS, relational database concepts, and performance optimization.
• Experience working through the entire SDLC in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Self-driven, curious, and motivated to learn and grow.
  
  

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Oracle APEX.
• Exposure to Oracle Applications, Fusion, or MS Dynamics 365 CE.
• Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and system integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Programming experience in Java, C#, or .NET.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix shell scripting.
