As an Oracle lead to revenue at PwC, you will focus on working with Oracles suite of applications and tools designed to manage the entire customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realisation and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions to meet the specific needs of an organisation.

We are looking for a Zuora Revenue Techno Functional Manager, experienced in managing full cycle of Zuora Revenue implementations with a very strong techno functional skill set in customizing Zuora Revenue and Zuora Billing OTR integrations as per client requirements. Role will require experience and capability in project management, team management, solutioning, design, development, unit testing, products configurations, test script execution, performing proof of concept, building user training materials and leading project milestones

Years of Experience: 8 - 14 Years

Position Requirements

  • Proven working experience in project management of Zuora Revenue projects
  • Excellent client-facing skills and communication (written/verbal) skills
  • Excellent documentation skills to capture solutions and presentations to the client
  • Regular connect with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings, and track project progress
  • Design and develop technical components translating functional requirements using Zuora Revenue
  • Translate business requirements into solution, leveraging the out of the box configuration capabilities of Zuora Revenue as well as ensuring that setups required for revenue at Zuora billing level are upheld.
  • Should have hands-on experience in implementation of Zuora Revenue. At least 3 full-cycle implementation project experience is a must
  • Should have strong knowledge of Zuora revenue setups including Order to Revenue (OTR) setup and Zuora RC grouping, POB setup, SSP setup, Cost setup, Contract modifications etc.
  • Should have strong knowledge on how to create upload templates, MJEs, holds, approvals etc and Zuora Revenue reporting/data query module
  • Should have technical expertise in integrating Zuora revenue with downstream applications such as GL and upstream billing applications
  • Should know Zuora billing transactions, Products, Accounts etc. get synced to Zuora revenue to form revenue contracts.
  • Should have strong knowledge understanding the month end close process from revenue perspective and its implications.
  • Strong expertise in integrations from upstream to get transactions synced to Zuora billing and then to revenue.
  • At least 2 Zuora Revenue Certifications are a must
  • Experience in translating client requirements into technical specifications and solution design
  • Understand customer business processes/functional specifications and independently drive technical solutioning to delivery
  • Ability to lead business discussions with customers, discover requirements, frame a problem statement, lead solution workshops and deliver a Technical solution
  • Resource management, Risk Management skills and ability to handle complex team issues
  • Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule
  • Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, best practices and documentation requirements across project phases
  • Expertise in multiple Delivery Practices including Agile methodology
