We are Looking for a professional to drive website governance by standardizing content structures, eliminating duplication, and ensuring consistent placement across platforms. The role involves training stakeholders, aligning with PIM processes, implementing governance frameworks, and tracking compliance to improve content quality and efficiency globally
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Create and maintain detailed website governance rules, including all types of content (e.g., images, documents, trainings, videos, parameters, etc.) and their placement on the website.
Eliminate redundant practices, like inconsistent content placement or duplications (e.g., the same document uploaded multiple times with different hierarchies).
Standardize structural and technical details for similar product categories to achieve clarity and alignment across divisions.
Train divisions and stakeholders on the rules, guidelines, and governance framework, making sure they are understood and adopted globally.
Set up a governance framework with clear processes to communicate new rules and guidelines and ensure they are implemented effectively across the organization.
Work with the PIM Team to align content management processes with central governance and web publishing standards, creating a seamless end-to-end flow for content implementation.
Develop a process to track compliance with governance guidelines and provide feedback loops to improve adoption and execution.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as Web Content Manager or similar role, ideally at a large, decentralized organization transitioning toward centralized governance and frameworks.
Expertise in creating and implementing web content governance frameworks, rules, and guidelines.
A track record of developing scalable processes and establishing buy-in across diverse teams with differing priorities.
Strong understanding of web user journeys, conversion best practices, and content placement to support business growth objectives such as lead generation and organic traffic.
Experience working with PIM systems, web publishing workflows, and collaborating with technical teams (e.g., UX, IT, and Web Teams) to implement functionalities.
Familiarity with SEO-driven web content management and understanding of the relationship between content structure, hierarchy, and traffic performance.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to foster support and accountability across divisional teams and stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Semiconductor industry experience is a significant advantage.
